Mike is a true professional and industry expert. I've been working with Mike on my car for about a year now and his recommendations and work are second to none.

He has completed several performance and appearance projects for me ranging from an aftermarket navigation and sound system to rotors and brake pads to a complete overhaul of my exhaust system. -- We are planning more upgrades in 2012!

Every time I get my car back from Mike, I am completely satisfied and impressed with his work.

I would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for quality aftermarket accessories/upgrades for their car at a good price with superior installation and customer service.

    Ryan

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Remote starter installations, Simple radio repairs or radio replacements, Ipod integration to your factory stereo to charge and control your ipod with your stock radio. complete stereo upgrades, navigation system installation, vehicle appearance enhancements like wheels, tires, stainless steel grills, chrome accent trim.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The best price doesn't necessarily mean the best deal. There are many people who advertise or say they can work on your vehicle, but todays vehicles are very complex and require someone with many years of experience to be able to safely work on todays vehicles. you may save some money initially by choosing the cheaper shop, but you may pay ten fold in the long run.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. attention to detail, communicating with the customer the entire way through a job, emailing picture updates to the customer on large jobs so they can see the progress of their car. Honest, Friendly service. Valuing our customers time.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Doing something different everyday, helping people choose the right product for their vehicles and delivering the completed project to an eager and excited customer.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question we get asked is, will adding aftermarket equipment void my new vehicles factory warranty?
absolutely not! There is actually a Federal law prohibiting car dealerships from voiding a consumers warranty just because they chose to add aftermarket equipment to their vehicle. This is called the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act, and was passed in 1975

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. a passion for working on cars. Starting at an early age, even before I had a drivers license I was working on cars and car stereos. I started installing stereos in my friends cars at an early age and I quickly became the person in the neighbor hood who everyone came to. Fast forward many years, and here we are.
