FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Personal training one-on-one, partner, small group and bootcamp session which are in the spring, summer and fall. Sports Nutrition is an ala carte service offered as well. We also do seminars, events for businesses and the community and we sponsor local bodybuilding shows at the high school and middle school.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most of us dont lay a plan out, we just jump into a system that does not have proper tools to fulfill the requirements of losing weight. If you dont know where you are health-wise, then you really dont know where you need to be. Always receive an evaluation of your body measurements which sets the tone of HOW to begin. After your evaluation, its time to set smart, attainable goals which include, but is not limited to, types of diets, exercises, time that is best for energy output, home/gym location, workout partner, aggressive or moderate workout, etc. Last, find a well qualified and experienced trainer who will consider all your needs and can explain what is necessary to accomplish your plan. Remember qualified does not mean certification, degree, or how many of each one the individual holds. They could have three of each and could not train a person the RIGHT way. Qualified in this stage is have a proven track record for results, for it is all about the numbers (i.e, weight, BMI, fat percentage, and girth). You can't go wrong with this advice.
