After an initial meeting, we can do a feasibility study for you. The study will analyze the viability of your concept, compare locations and include projected revenues and a pre-opening budget. We are flexible depending upon your needs.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We promise we'll take the fear out of it and never make you feel bad or somehow inadequate. We want to help you reach your goals and we provide only upbeat and inspired leadership and support.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. We have no secrets. We help each customer with whatever it is that they need help with. We roll up our sleeves and dig in. We quote on a per project or per hour basis whichever is most appropriate and affordable for the client.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Just give us a call, we get it.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out because we are all former catering and or restaurant owners and true champions and cheerleaders of small business.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love helping people and having the answers and support we wish we had when we started.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. It's not so much a question as much as it is how they want to share their knowledge before discussing their challenges. We always try to connect with our customers on many levels to establish trust and then we build relationships that lead to answers.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That along with our triumphant success in prior businesses, has been abysmal failure. It is what we have learned from both the success and failure that makes us better consultants.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. We are a talented, experienced and battle-scarred group of industry veterans all focused on helping people because is makes us feel good to give back.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We attend leading tradeshows and industry conferences; read almost everything we can about our industry; attend webinars of interest and stay on top of the industry best practices and standards. Oh yes ... we all love food! It's our passion ... we cook, dine-out and love to discuss food and the food biz at any opportunity.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The world of QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) is outpacing the industry and ripe with opportunity. Additionally, the world of web based marketing is changing at warp speed as a result of the technology and we try to stay on top of the learning curve .... never an easy task ... but crucial to staying on top. There are many exciting opportunities in the food world and the changing demographics of the diners and the technologies now available to all of us are setting the pace.
