I specialize in the cultivation of healthy locs!

I only work with hair in its virgin state. I do not offer sisterlocs or microbraids. I no longer start locs, I maintain your locs once you have them installed.

If fierce styling is what you're looking for, look no further! I have more than 14 years of experience in locing. I offer pristine work in a calm and relaxed environment.

I can be reached via email or Fcaebook inbox.

Thank you for choosing me as your loctitian on your journey to loced freedom!

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work stands out in that with me it's not all about a dollar. I have postposed client's appointments or advised against styling if it appears that their locs have been overtwisted or beginning to thin. I also prefer to use oil based products as opposed to gels or alcohol based products which cause dryness or flakiness.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love using my knowledge of natural hair and creativity to enhance the beauty of others.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: Do you do twisties? A: No, I do starter locs. Twisties are worn by those that want the look of locs without the commitment. I prefer to do clients that have made the commitment to loc their hair permanently.

Q: Can I start my locs and keep my "permed" (relaxed) hair? A: Yes you can but only with Sisterlocs, which I do not offer. I use the traditional methods of locing such as 2 strand twists or comb coils. With the methods that I use, the hair MUST be in it's virgin state (free of texturizers, relaxers, not overly straightened from blow dryers & pressing combs).
