He answered my message immediately and was so easy to talk to to get the work done. He did a great job and we are very pleased with his work. It took me a while to find someone to respond and we lucked out for once. He re stretched our carpet that had been damaged by a cleaner and fixed a spot with dog damage. Looks good as new!

I highly recommend Gary for carpet repairs. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work that Gary accomplished for my repairs. He was very communicative throughout the process and discussed with me what he was going to do at each step along the way. The price for the repairs was reasonable, and Gary left the work area cleaned and even helped move furniture back into place. I would hire Gary again without hesitation.

We were preparing our home for sale and waiting on carpenters’ service to stretch out our carpet. Unfortunately the carpenter was postponing service already twice and we desperately started searching for someone who could help us. We were lucky to find Gary. Gary came the same day, fixed our carpet and next day our home went live on the market. Gary is exceptional! Extremely knowledgeable about not only carpeting, but flooring in general. Gary has very nice personality, is very patient, and very accurate. We are very appreciative for Gary’s awesome job!
