I have trained with Paul for over 6 months. He has not only educated me on strength training and how to feel comfortable in that side of the gym, but also about diet and nutrition. I would not be where I am today without Paul's help. My training sessions are challenging but always enjoyable and encouraging. Paul is truly an amazing person and trainer.

Paul is an extremely knowledgeable and personable trainer. He really takes the time to assess what your personal goals are before providing workouts and lifestyle advice (should you ask) that are geared towards helping you achieve your goals. Working out with Paul is fun and an enjoyable experience. He's a trainer who won't push you to do anything he wouldn't do himself. Paul is really good with all types of people and needs. I've trained with him for almost two years and plan to continue training with him for many years to come.

Paul makes working out very fun AND very productive! He's creative, so I'm never board. And if I have a sore spot or am just feeling off, he's sensitive to that. Best of all, he gets results!

Paul is an outstanding person overall, he is very personable and has a true heart to help people reach their ultimate fitness goals. He is a highly professional personal trainer who focuses on proper form and pushing one to achieve their goals. He provides a variety of functional/cross training exercises that are new and creative. I have been training with Paul for the past two months and have noticed increased energy and more definition in my physique. I am overall satisfied with my training experience with him. I look forward to many more training sessions with Paul.
