Reach that big goal, guilt-free!
Hi, I'm Victoria Cook and my mission is to transform the lives of women business owners from overwhelm, overwork, and overcommitment to focus and clarity, so they can achieve their big business goals and live guilt-free.
I'm a business coach, and with my 7-step guilt-free results process (among other things) I show my clients how to manage these problems in a workable way.
I offer group and private coaching options, ranging in fees from $77 to $475 per month. Most of my clients prefer to work with me by phone or Skype.
After working together, my clients say they are relieved that they finally have a solution and a partner to help them get it implemented.
But at the end of the day, I think what really matters most is that they found a way to feel good about themselves and they've done what needs to be accomplished and is most important.
You'll find goal setting articles, assessments, and other tools on my website. I also invite you to participate in my complimentary big goals, no guilt 30-day business challenge.

A. It's important that you have a good connection with your coach and the feeling of trust and confidence. They are someone with home will work very closely and with whom you will likely share an intimate relationship. While a coach doesn't need industry specific knowledge to help you, having someone who has walked in your shoes can be beneficial.
A. Not all coaches are created equal. While coaching is not a licensed profession it's important to find out if your coach was trained through an accredited school. The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high professional standards, providing independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches. I would want my coach to have been trained by an ICF accredited school. Additional ICF certifications, while not always necessary, can show the coaches commitment to furthering themselves and a level of competence and professionalism.
A. What specifically can you do to assist me. How will we get the kind of results you describe. What is the process by which we will work. If a coach can't articulate the results you can achieve through your work together (ultimately you are responsible for creating the results your coach can't do the work for you) and at least a high level explanation of the process they will take you through, I'd be cautious about working with them and actually getting the result you desire. It's also a good idea to check for testimonials and the kinds of results clients have achieved. Now days you can google people to see reviews, articles, videos, etc. to learn more about them, their philosophy, and how they might help you. Do you homework!
