Gustavo de la Torre first became a certificated massage therapist in May 28, 2003 from California Healing Arts College in Los Angeles. Gustavo embodies the belief that massage and other forms of healing is a sure path to ever greater levels health and happiness.
In order for a client to get the most out of a session, he believes a massage needs to have three overlapping essential qualities in varying proportions depending the individual’s needs. First, the massage needs to effectively help relieve chronic pain without too much pain (deep tissue, Ortho-Bionomy, trigger point, myofascial, Thai and sports massage), second be relaxing but therapeutic (advanced Swedish, lomi lomi, stretching and Esalen massage), and third energetically healing to relax and relieve the pain body (Theta, Reiki, and spirit healing).
Out of this idea Gustavo’s signature massage was born with these four varying preferences: pain relief, relaxation, energetic healing and blended. Also available as individual sessions are Jade Stone Massage, pre/post natal massage and Theta-Reiki Healing.
