- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically give a fixed fee once I understand the work and how many hours it will take me to perform the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start the engagement by having an in person meeting or telephone call. This way I can understand the client's business and see if we would be the right fit for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist (This is a financial planning certification that the AICPA issues) and I recently passed all 3 levels of the Charted Financial Analyst Exam and in the process of applying for the Charter. I have my undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics in Accounting and Finance and a Masters in Accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame.
