I had a previous company on thumbtack come to fix my refrigerator door, unfortunately the handle we ordered as a replacement was bent, but we also realized the last company didn't align the door right which caused our freezer to catch when it closed. After repeat attempts I couldn't get that company to respond, so I tried AZ. They were amazing. One guy came and fixed the problem in much less time than the two guys from the previous company took. He was punctual, professional,and did a great job. The price was very fair. If I have a problem with any of my other appliances I will definitely use AZ.

Hasan was responsive, came on time. I had an issue with my refrigerator door and he was able to assess the problem once onsite. Even though we did not go through with the repairs due to cost, he was upfront and transparent. He is good at inspecting and understanding root causes.
