When looking to get your sewing machine serviced, check if the provider is an authorized service center, able to inspect and diagnose the issues you have on premesis, ask about average turnaround time for repairs, these questions will eliminate weeks of frustration and ensure that you are dealing with a competent company

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Do you service ( brand make ) equipment? Do you warranty your work ( for how long )? What do you charge for an estimate? How long will it take to service my equipment? What all do i need to bring with my equipment for service?
