Introduction: Laura started her architecture firm in 2010 with the goal of providing exceptional design, technical and permitting services centered on the needs of her clients. She combines 25 years of experience and proven methodologies with an open mind and fresh ideas. Each project and client is unique and Laura specializes in carefully listening to her client's viewpoint, goals and concerns to help them achieve the best design solution possible for their project, on time and on budget. I love working with my clients! My favorite phase of service is the design phase, which is collaborative in approach. A typical process starts with a meeting to discuss the project, requirements, and goals. I then review my clients ideas, generate additional ideas, and send them several plan options for their review. Then we meet to discuss the options, throw out the ones that don't work, review the ideas that do, and then I come up with a new round of options for their review. We work back and forth in this way as long as it takes to nail down the design for the project.
