Introduction: Many attorneys fail at explaining the complex issues of a clients case in simple English. Instead, most lawyers regurgitate confusing legal analysis and leave a client to figure it out for themselves. We understand that different clients have different needs. Some prefer to follow the advice of counsel, and refuse to ask questions while others ask for a more in depth discussion of the law and what it means. In both situations the attorney should explain the law, but for some reason many don't. We care about your case, and what is going to happen to you. We want you to understand what is going on so you're not surprised when a ruling is handed down or when we have to proceed to trial. We find that the majority of client dissatisfaction stems from attorneys refusing to return calls or educate their client on what is happening. At our office, we refuse to engage in such terrible and unethical representation of a client. Because when you are happy with the results, that's when we are too.
