- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are totally competitive with the Chicago and Illinois markets. Plus, you know you are getting a highly qualified lawyer to work on your case, so that is the best value possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gary Benson, as owner of the Personal Injury Network, will interview the client to determine the basic facts and basis for liability. Then Gary will bring in the specialist for the particular type of case. Generally we will then have a personal meeting to get deeper into the details. As the case progresses, you have both me, Gary Benson, and the primary attorney assigned to your case to communicate with and to help. It's like having two lawyers for the price of one. Plus, I am well-known for my wonderful "bedside manner" with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated, with Honors, from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law in 1977. I have been in private law practice ever since.
