- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge very reasonable prices and work with everybody's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- contact us (email, inbox, phone, social media); - schedule a meeting, where we discuss all the details (venue, number of guests, and your wishes). It can be a personal meeting, zoom, etc. - within 1-2 days, we will send you a presentation and an estimate. - accept the estimate or make changes. - pay 30 % of the deposit due to book, 70% on the day of the celebration. - on the day of the event you can expect that we will be on time and alert so that you can have a wonderful event worry-free.
