These 2 girls are just awesome!! They helped me with our daughter’s grad party planning and it was an amazing experience working with them. From the beginning, they were always on top of the plan , always available whenever I needed them. And they decorated everything as we planned for. I’ll highly recommend them for any event planning.

When I was planning my gender reveal I had two things in mind: no headache to organize it and beautiful pictures afterwards. This is when I found Lulu event design. Girls took care of all decorations. I just told them how do I see it like and they got the rest. Results were incredible. Balloons setup itself was outstanding but it’s not just balloons. I was also about details they added in our venue decorations. All my guests were saying how beautiful it was and pictures were great. I can’t thank Viktoria and Yuliia enough for all the hard work they have done. If you need a professional to decorate your venue for your special event look no further.

They honestly did such an amazing job with the whole thing! Planning process was also extremely easy; very professional and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Wasn’t forcing me to add anything I didn’t want and made sure I felt that this was a secure and legitimate service, which they 100% are! They did such a great job copying my inspo pictures and worked with me to add my own wooden sign. I definitely appreciated them working with me closely on what I preferred to do with buying my own sign. Super super friendly and professional, as well as polite and responsive! Will definitely use this service again for my future backdrop needs :) thanks for an amazing experience!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge very reasonable prices and work with everybody's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- contact us (email, inbox, phone, social media); - schedule a meeting, where we discuss all the details (venue, number of guests, and your wishes). It can be a personal meeting, zoom, etc. - within 1-2 days, we will send you a presentation and an estimate. - accept the estimate or make changes. - pay 30 % of the deposit due to book, 70% on the day of the celebration. - on the day of the event you can expect that we will be on time and alert so that you can have a wonderful event worry-free.
