- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price on a hourly basis w/ a minimum of 4 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to find out what kind of event they are having and what kind of drinks they want to offer. If they are unsure, I make suggestions to insure that event will go better than expected. I also can help in what should be purchased.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Basset and food safety certified by the State if Ill.. I also have a bachelor's degree from Univ. of ILL. .
