I am a professional face and body painter. I also do glitter tattoos. Being a freelance artist, I have also been commissioned to do murals in children's rooms and in local schools.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure whoever you hire to paint on your skin is using FDA approved materials and NOT acrylic paint. Your skin should NOT break out or have rashes if proper paint is being used. Cheeky Thing uses only hypoallergenic paint and glitter.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Don't schedule a face painter for your pool party. Water and face paint are natural enemies and all that hard work will just wash away the minute they hit the pool. Glitter tattoos on the other hand are water proof and are a great alternative to face paint when you have water sports during the same event. Plus they last 3-10 days!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you enjoy your work? So many painters are out there doing it solely for the money. Make sure your painter loves what they do and that they care about your happiness with the work they are doing.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Make sure you give us enough time to paint everyone on your guest list. Average time it takes is 2-5 minutes per person. Budget on the high end so your guests won't be disappointed.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I can look at a picture on your smart phone and paint it! Often times my clients want something unique and complicated. I love to accommodate them and I love to be challenged! Whether it's your company logo or your son's baseball team mascot, I can paint it!
