  Quick overview of my horrible experience:
  
  - I had my iPad STOLEN right out of the passenger seat during my car wash (I stood at the front of the building and never left the premises)
  - Owner noted he has 8 surveillance cameras and was capable of observing everything within his car wash
  - POLICE were called at the time of the event and a report was filed; owner refused to cooperate with police in sharing the tapes/DVR, and did not make himself available outside of business hours for me (victim) and police
  - Next day, owner does not return phone calls and only leaves a text message (I provided all contact information to him and he would not release his) stating that his tapes/DVR no longer had the video from the previous day (how "convenient")
  
  - My intention is to warn all current or potential customers of the owner's "shady" approach to his business and treatment of customers; he will come off very “buddy buddy” at first
  - This might not have happened to you in the past, but the potential that a business would handle these issues in the manner that I went through is enough for me to take my business to the many other shops out there
  - Case in point, my $10 car wash turned into a $510 car wash ($10 + $500 new iPad)
  
  
  Review of the actual service:
  
  - This was the first time I went to this car wash because my local shop had closed down; only decided to give this place a try because I read decent Yelp reviews (hence my warning to others)
  - I'm a bit of a detail / car junkie, so I can appreciate good work, this place would be rated 1.5 stars at best
  - I brought my own cloths for them to dry the car and they didn't even bother returning; I had to go into their cloth buckets to retrieve all four of them
  - I own a sedan and "Hand Wash" entailed using an old broom dipped in soap water to "clean" my car; I almost cringed when I realized what they were doing, but it was too late to pull my car out; your car might be shiny, but you'll have TONS of swirl marks
  - Service was pretty slow given there was 5 individuals supposedly tending my interior; they didn't even vacuum the whole car and left the trunk a mess
  
  
  Final thoughts (more than happy to elaborate if anyone wants more info):
  
  - Disappointed that my iPad was stolen and manner that owner handled the whole situation
  - Actual service and equipment used was poor
  - I hope others can avoid being put in a similar situation that I was in at this business --- I'll be warning all my friends to stay far and away!

  First of all I would like too point out it was a slow day so I had every one of my employes work on his car not only did we do give his car A 1 service even washed four additional tires & rims at no cost complete in side out side $25.00 dollar value for $10.00 bucks. He just left a tire shop and came straight here he claims after car was done he drove around the block came in about 3 too 5 min later saying his I Pad was missing I as well as my employes looked for it did not come up he called the tire shop to see if by chance he left it there mean while I Called the police after two hours of still trying to find it he left when I close up My wife and I looked at the tape of 9 cameras nothing was there to show anyone took it let alone show it in the front seat I then called him and told him the bad news then I then asked why didn't he have it located cause apple products has a locator on all there I products he said he forgot ya OK after being here for two hours, All I can say is that I'm sorry you lost it but didn't happen here in a way I wished it did so I can prove how strict we are about any thing coming up missing change phones any thing I will not only fire the person but will go to jail. we have been around for several years and this is the first.
