One thing that customers who are hiring a cleaning service for the very first time don't know is that the quality of cleaning staff out there varies a LOT. Many people think that if any two people just work hard for the same 3 hours, that they'll produce similar results, but cleaning actually takes skill, and a cleaner with experience and the right attitude to learn more can vastly outperform an average cleaner. If you hire a cleaning service for the first time and you are marginally satisfied but think they could do better, don't hesitate to try another cleaning service or two to compare the results. Conversely, if you hire a cleaning service that does a fantastic job, be aware that you may have stumbled upon a gem in this industry. If you have a cleaner you like, please be sure to tell the cleaning company how much you value that particular cleaner so they can reward that person appropriately.
