I was experiencing a problem with my garage door, I called Alliance Pro Builder and Pete answered the phone, I was surprised with his quick response time. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. He had all the parts he needed on his truck and my door was back running within 30 to 45 minutes of him being here. He was very professional and polite. He explained what caused the problem with my garage door and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. I feel a hundred times more knowledgable about my garage door and I will highly recommend this company to anyone who is having garage door problems.

Just to let you know that Peter Lopresti came to my home this a.m. and did a temporary fix on my garage door. I was very pleased with the job that he did. He gave a full explanation of everything that needed to be done to permanently fix the door. Peter accomplished the work in good time.
