A. I would want to make sure that the customer is aware that any individual he/she decides to go with is Certified by CompTIA, who is the agency that determines the standards for It Professionals and that they are Microsoft certified Professionals (MCP Certified)
A. Yes, we are a OneSolution stop shop. We offer Clear wireless services, we are a Dell approved repair and sales shop, we will be offering a gaming center and internet cafe in the upcoming months and we are in the works to be a CEXchange drop-off center. We care about giving the customer more for their money at a lower cost and with the service that is only seen at a corporate level
A. Dealing with the public, meeting new people. We love being able to give the customers the solution they are looking for at an affordable price.
A. In todays economy we are always asked "how much do you charge?", everyone is so used to only dealing with the big box repair companies that they forget that there are companies that can offer the same services, with better customer interaction for less.
A. I wish that they new that there are a lot of individuals that say that they can fix computers but are not Certified Technicians, then they mess something up and gives the smaller businesses a bad name. Anyone that says they are trained to work on computers should have a certification card Issued through an agency that sets standards for the It industry called compTIA. In our business we are compTIA A+ certified, Network + certified and we are Microsoft Certified Professionals.
