I had my computer issues fixed at Computer Prodigies (CP). It now works fine. They did good job. CP is service oriented and I have strong impression they give priority to customer satisfication. Not only CP fixed major problems in my computer, CP even gave free assistance later to solve little issues.

Justin fixed my PC within one day and returned it to me. Only it wasn't quite fixed. Justin had me bring it back in and ran further testing until he figured out what the real issue was. It took some time, but he did not give up on the problem. He also didn't overcharge me for the length of time it took him to get the Pc back in great working order. Honest and fair, I would definately bring back any PC for repairs. to Justin.

Found computer prodigies via thumbtack after my pc was at J tech Electronics for 10 weeks and the problem was not solved. Justin did a free diagnostic and told me it was the hard drive. I had the pc back in lest than a week and it is running fine now. J t Electronics said it was the video cards and they were waiting for the replacement. I am still waiting for the return of my 180.00 dollars, that I paid them. They lost one of my video cards.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be extra careful on who you choose because we personally have come across numerous customers who have lost money dealing with someone who claimed they were "experienced." What we believe what matters is what your customers say about you in business than how many years experience a person may have because what good is even 100 years experience in "fixing something" if you're not honest with the customers. That's why we have customers traveling from Palos Park, Oak Lawn, Aurora, Hammond, IN & others just to come to Chicago for our service.
