I am a teacher and my flash drive snapped over a holiday weekend. My grades were due the following week, so I needed my data back as quickly as possible. CompuTechs responded to me within two hours and had the best quote I could find. Someone from the company called me the following morning to schedule a drop off time. They allowed me to drop it off on a holiday so I could have it back as soon as possible. The same person continued to contact me via email and phone to update me on the status of my flash drive.
