Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. My most common jobs are: dealing with virus's, data backup, and cleaning up someones computer to make it speedy again

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The thing I like most about my job is being able to help people and there computers. I enjoy seeing the expressions on there faces when they see that there once dead computer has new life to it

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. My most recent project was helping a women transfer her iTunes music collection from a 2003 mac to a windows laptop. The music was on her nano that was synced to her old mac,I got a program to fool her iPod to thinking it was hooked up to a mac computer when it was really hooked up to a windows one. Than I found the music and dragged it to her iTunes. She also requested that I speed up her computer, I found her a very easy one click program that would clean her computer out and make it fast again, everything took about 2 and 1/2 and cost her $60
