We provide live training over the internet at any time of day, wherever you are in the world. With over twenty years of experience in teaching, video production, and Apple software, including coordinating all training programs at Apple's flagship store in Chicago, you've found the teacher for your Apple.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. With over twenty years experience in areas such as teaching, Apple software, and video production, Mac in a Minute! can help you with everything from basics to advanced techniques, no matter what your background or experience. Mac in a Minute! was founded by Craig Burns after coordinating all training programs at Apple's flagship store in downtown Chicago. at the time, it had the highest traffic of any Apple Store worldwide, and Craig built a training program that offered hundreds of hours of learning opportunities each week, for the very beginner to the advanced professional. Patience, humor, and knowledge combine to provide a truly enjoyable experience while you learn - no one should think they can't learn to use a computer, and we make sure you learn that lesson first.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. One of the most common questions comes from beginners, and it is some variation of "Is this going to be difficult? I'm not very good at computers." We've had clients aged 5 to 94, from all over the world. Haven't met one yet that "can't" use a computer. The first thing to overcome is your doubt - many people, and most PC users, have become conditioned to believe that anything they want to do on a computer is going to be difficult, and they approach it prepared for a struggle. For many reasons, an Apple computer makes those tasks easy for you, and even enjoyable - you just have to let it. We will help you get comfortable with your Mac, and then begin truly enjoying the experience.
