- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a public pricing list because I prefer to quote my services based directly to the customer. Everyone is different and has different needs/expectations. Therefore each event and client is different than the last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can contact us via our website by filling out a form(recomended) or directly by calling us at the listed phone number. We will get back to you within 24-48(usually less). We will then speak to you over the phone no matter what to discuss the details of your event and your requirements/expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been the sole owner & operator of Chicago Superior Entertainment since 2008. I've been around music my whole life and take a deep passion with all genres and styles. Rather than going to a school or learning from a professional as an apprentice, I choose to teach myself how to DJ in order to get a true feel of problems and issues that I will face and the proper, professional, and quickest way to solve them.
