- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but if varies based on the event. Size of the Event. Size of the venue. How many people. Time and duration of the event. Travel to the event. These things are important so that we may provided the proper sound system to cover the event. If extra equipment is needed such as more microphone other than the one the DJ has. Lighting, TV monitor, if it's a video dance party or Karaoke.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An introduction. See what the clients needs are. Let them know what kind of services we can provide for them. We need info from them such as: What type of event, how many people they are expecting. Location, Time of event & duration. What type of music you would like for your event, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been to school for radio and TV Broadcasting. I was on air in the 80's as a radio personality on US99 FM. I also worked and trained as a Audio Engineer.
