- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I was in college, I took many one on one classes to strengthen my patterns, rhythms, and accenting on trap set. Most of the practices were done on a single practice pad though, which forced a deeper focus on the sound being produced.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I typically begin assessing my student on what they are capable of playing on the drum set. After analyzing their techniques, I begin training on the snare drum alone to assist them in becoming acquainted with stick control. After working on that for half the practice, I spend the other half introducing those techniques to the entire drum set.
