They came out on a Sunday morning for a broken attic fan and assessed the problem. They told me that they could go get the parts needed and do the work right away. Amazing to find a pro that is willing to do the job on a Sunday afternoon. They were done in a couple of hours, cleaned up after themselves and explained the work. Great experience in my opinion
