- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At the age of 55 I signed up for a senior program on learning computers, and was hired by the director of the program to be a computer lab aide in a Computer Lab. Then after sitting in with him while he was teaching classes, (learning what he was teaching right along with the class) one day he told me that he would have to be absent and I would have to teach the class, I told him I never taught anybody nothing and he said it's easy, you can only teach what you know and you been right along with me seeing and learning how I do it, you can do it to. I found out he was right and enjoy doing it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually people 55 or older, low income, never use a computer.
