Dwayne completed some work on my kitchen including painting, installation of a faucet, cabinets, countertop and garbage disposal. Dwayne was very personable and professional. He and his crew completed the job from in a timely manner including clean up. I plan on hiring g Dwayne for the next home remodel project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use the square footage plus the estimated labor and time involved to complete the project. The price is also determined by whether I or the customer will purchase the materials for the job to be completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself and will hopefully get the opportunity to sit down with the customer to establish rapport and trust. I will then have an in depth conversation to determine the needs of the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year apprenticeship with carpentry. I received my certification for Journeyman Carpenter. I have 35 years of working in carpentry with the last 10 years of my own business with home remodeling.
