Polly is a fantastic trainer, who brings a perfect mix of discipline and moderation so that work outs are difficult and productive but fun (i.e., you won't think of reason not to go). In my case, we have built a program around core and legs because those are the things I have trouble making myself do. My leg strength and flexibility has improved markedly in the last few months.

The thing that stuck out right away with Polly is that she spent time with me on day 1 to ascertain my current fitness level and my goals to make sure she designed workouts that work best for me. She focuses on form and balance when designing cardio, core and strength exercises; it's not enough just to go through the motions. She pays close attention to where we need to focus the workouts as well as I get back into shape, which helps ensure I get the best results over the long term.

Having come off a serious cervical/spinal surgery I was looking for a trainer who was sensitive to my needs and would challenge me back into shape. After some consideration I found that in Polly. She has provided professional and challenging input and training in the time we have had to date. I have valued her as an integral part of my recovery. And, even if I was not looking for a trainer due to surgery I feel blessed to have her as my trainer.
