I began training with Thomas mid summer 2013. I was referred to him by two work friends. I had worked with a trainer in the past and was not pleased with my experience, so I was very skeptical about hiring a new trainer. From day one, Thomas made me feel very comfortable. We began by doing an assessment, set some realistic goals and since than I have lost about 5% body fat, built muscle mass and most importantly feel healthy. I am not a big muscle guy or someone who enjoys working-out, but Thomas keeps me motivated, doesn't promise or set un-realistic goals, he often suggests foods I can eat, protein shakes, workouts I can do on my own and is genuinely invested in me getting the most out of every training session. I would honestly refer Thomas to anyone that was serious about a lifestyle change.

I was referred to Thomas by my doctor, who also trained with him. I had worked with a trainer in the past and was not happy with him but that was definitely not the case with Thomas. The first time we met we talked about goals and measured my current fitness level. After that, we went to work. Thomas was motivational without being annoying about it...no yelling, or cliches, just encouragement to get the most out of myself. I ended up working with Thomas for a little over one year and was much more fit than when I began. I increased both my physical strength and my aerobic strength. The only reason I stopped seeing him is because my wife and I just had a baby and my schedule is unpredictable, to say the least. Thomas was a true professional: always on-time for sessions and pushed me to do my best. He was flexible as far as making appointments and was cool about rescheduling as long as I gave him enough lead time. Thomas was not only a great help in the gym, he gave me programs to do at home and recipes for juices and meals to prepare for myself. Thomas went above and beyond the call of duty. I give him my highest recommendation.
