FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that everyone's goals, needs, and budget are different; therefore, we don't have a one size fits all pricing system. Whereas most trainers and businesses charge on a package or per session basis which is often difficult for most people to fit within their budget, we offer multiple solutions to fit everyone's needs! To schedule your consultation and introductory transformation session while being provided multiple solutions and recommendations (including action plan), contact us now and get started today!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether in your home gym, our private training studio or alternate location, our certified fitness team will design a program to meet your individual needs. Upon receiving a completed client goals form, everything starts with a detailed consultation and introductory session where we assess our client’s specific goals, measure current weight and body fat percentage, and discuss lifestyle and nutrition habits; we also perform baseline testing of strength, cardio, and endurance while providing a sample work out using compound exercises that match specific client goals. At the end of the session, we provide 5+ tips that they can implement right away to achieve faster results and discuss recommended programs and solutions. Programs and rates vary based on need, but we have multiple solutions to meet any person’s need and we always provide a memorable "highlight of your day" experience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
