Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Many fitness professionals obtain a certificate from a few months of training. I have a Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago in Kinesiology, as well as a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from CorePower Yoga. My university degree was focused heavily on exercise programming and human anatomy and physiology. I know I stand apart from others because I bring a well-rounded approach to exercise, fitness, and yoga. I love seeing my clients and students simply feel good about themselves. I focus on intrinsic motivation and goal-setting, and I make sure my clients and students are really engaged during our sessions.
