Introduction: I am a highly adept yoga instructor with five years of experience in leading group yoga and private yoga lessons. I have expertise in yoga sequencing tailored for private clients, beginner's and intermediate yoga sequencing for group lessons. I lead yoga classes for beginners to intermediate levels. I provide guided meditation at beginning and end of each class to assist students in centering themselves to get the most out of their lesson. Safely teach students correct postures to ensure maximum benefit. I work with students of all body types and fitness levels. I develop customized programs, sequencing and adjustments that increase flexibility, mobility, stability and well-being. I provide in-depth instruction on breathing techniques. I deliver detailed attention to the needs of students throughout each class.
