Introduction: Yoga with Alex is a Vinyasa & Hatha based instruction for all levels by a 200-hour registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of group teaching experience in heated and non-heated settings.
Primary focus is on continual breathe awareness and proper alignment in each posture and transition. Props are often used to aid in fundamental teachings and also to improve range of motion.
Formats can be introductory to advanced while varying from a strict technical discipline or open to a strength and conditioning format.
