Introduction: I love introducing people to yoga and introducing seasoned yogis to a new way of looking at their practice. I focus on the breath, the spine, settling into a pose, and finding ways to let go.
As someone who has been playing soccer and running for over 30 years, I have a physical and competitive nature, but I honor how yoga can be an opportunity to not compete, to be where you are, and to enjoy your practice even in the stickiest of times.
