Yoga Berry

Introduction: I'd say I stand out from other yoga teachers because I am very welcoming! We laugh in class, we smile. I talk about the postures and what they are doing for you and your body. I focus on alignment, calm, concentration and strength. My class is a strong class. I do not teach hot yoga, I do not teach yoga with weights. Just good-old Yoga! The thing I love most about yoga teaching is literally the teaching part. I love when a student learns something new about their body or themselves during a class because I myself always love learning new things in my own practice with other teachers. To learn from a yoga lesson with a good teacher allows you to have a stronger practice on your own so that, not only can you rock out at home but, in other yoga classes, you'll know exactly what you're doing, sometimes even a little better than the instructor ;) Knowledge is Power!
