Cooking Instruction with Claire

Introduction: Having spent the past several years in cooking and serving at prominent Chicago restaurants (including North Pond and Frontera Grill) and as the mother of two young, hungry and discriminating children, I think I have a unique perspective to offer the ambitious home cook who's looking to up his/her game. I can come to you for instruction or invite you into my home. I have a strong comprehension of Asian, Indian, and Mexican cuisine, and I can also boast a flair with pasta. I can teach you to roast a rack of lamb as easily as I can plan a multicourse vegetarian meal. I have limited experience in teaching in a formal setting, and I am also friendly, flexible and communicative. I believe I can connect easily with those who are possessed of a desire to learn.
