I was in contact with Kim Olney via Thumbtack and when I 'hired' her and sent her my order, she never responded. I followed up TWO more times and I still have not heard back from her. I am very disappointed in Biagio Events and will spread the word to colleagues and friends to not work with them in the future. Very disappointing!
