I have 20 plus yrs experience in the food svc industry as a territory mgr for a national major foodservice broadliner and was a former vendor for Chef James employer over 12 years. I've sold to hundreds of chefs sampling their dishes while seeing their presentations and learning their work ethics to service them better. I've serviced caterers, small (restaurants) to large kitchen (banquet halls) facilities that serve up to 10,000 diners at one sitting. In my association w/ chef James, he has continually shown the ability to provide optimum levels of professionalism, integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail as he manages his staff and events. I've seen him plan, implement and execute w/ his staff to serve meals for 2000 plus within a 3-4 hour period on a consistent basis for many years. I've seen his presentations and tasted his dishes from kids meals to celebrities and dignitaries extravagant events. These feats along w/ the high quality of service is why I chose chef James to cater my wife's 40th birthday party w/ 75 -100 guest. This event was so successful and awesome that my family selected chef James to cater my mothers 70th birthday party serving 150 guest including family, friends and some prestigious dignitaries. This was a high end event and chef James and his staff were flawless from planning to cleanup afterwards. Chef Mitchell has been my go to Chef for personal Events. I had my first experience with Chef when he did an outstanding job for my wife's Birthday Party. Since that point any time my wife and I have an event she requests Chef Mitchell. He and his staff are professional and the food is outstanding. He is capable of doing any kind of cuisine at a high level. If you are looking for top notch service and out of this world food. Chef James Mitchell is your guy!

Chef Mitchell did my friends bridal shower and the menu we created went over well with the guest. The food was spectacular and the butter cup rolls were so good I hid some away for my self. He is an awesome chef and pays great attention to detail. He even added some things that I didn't thing of. Great experience.
