I hired Juan to install my direct vent furnace and hot water heater. For my furnace he combined the fresh air and CO vent. Dangerous mistake!! I called him back out to fix the furnace. Then the pressure switch on my hot water heater tripped due to water build up from condensation. I called another HVAC company and the water in the motor was caused by the vent pipes for the hot water heater was also installed improperly. I contacted Juan he promised me a refund that I have not received yet.

Considering all the work that had to go in to replace our 30 year old furnace with a new, high-efficiency one, he gave us a great deal, too.
