Introduction: I can provide the following services: - Space plans - FF&E budget - Material-finish selections and specifications - Construction documents for the scope of work to give to a contractor - 3D photo realistic renderings of your space ($250 each) - 3D model of entire space (house, etc.) upon request Currently, I am working at 555 International, a design firm in Chicago, Illinois. We specialize in hospitality projects. 555 International is a full design and manufacturing firm, so I have had the opportunity to further my understanding and knowledge of how the architectural elements and features that we design are put together firsthand. I have taken on the role of project manager here at 555 and been involved in the design process from the initial schematic design phase all the way through construction. My previous work at Rinka Chung Architecture has involved a significant amount of developing models of representation in a variety of media. I have found it to be a strong communication tool that allows the client, and I to take a deeper look into the implications of the built environment. I am proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Revit. In addition to my three-dimensional rendering works, I have a strong ability in hand rendering, watercolor and sketching.
