- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is to understand and define the problem with the customer. That would build the trusting relationship. What is his vision? What are his priorities? Why his approach is different from his competitors? Then, with the customer's guidance in mind, I start exploring the solutions. I usually send 3 concepts to the customer. Depending on the compensation mode (flat fee or hourly rate), there are revisions made to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Art from Columbia College, Chicago.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I came to America to learn English and end my law studies from France. I run into the wonderful world of Art and Design and just embraced it without limitations. I have not been able to part with it since. And that's good. Why would I?
