Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common types of jobs are web design and logo design. We then would fall into web site maintenance and business card design.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We believe that our customers deserve an incredible design at a reasonable price. We work hand in hand with our clients to get them just as excited about their brands and web sites so they feel confident moving forward with their business ideas. We proudly stand behind our services knowing we have helped build a stronger foundation for our clients future. We have been experts in our field for over 15 years and know that a cost effective design will not only be saving our customers to spend less on design and more on their own companies, but they are more likely to spread the news about our services and help us grow as well.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Personally, I love getting feedback from my clients after their projects are completed. It gives me personal satisfaction with being a designer. Nothing is more fulfilling that knowing you were responsible for a business' success. Getting new graphic and web project referrals in the future from a prior client is a guaranteed "high-five" in my business.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why are your prices so much lower than other Chicago agencies? The answer is simply that we do not inflate our projects based on the facts that our clients can not do it themselves. We are honestly estimating with the project would cost without the big city price tags. A lot of graphic designers will charge four times what is worth because they do not do this full time or have enough business to sustain them. Others have large offices downtown and need to maintain the overhead of a full staff. We charge based on an hourly rate. Due to our expertise of over 15 years at 40 hours a week, we can provide that in a very cost effective price point.
