Introduction: Statistics show that we are at a crossroads with the growing problem of obesity. The numbers are staggering, and it's affecting many children as well. The lack of time and resources or a proper plan seem to be part of the obstacles that families face on an everyday basis. Beachbody is the company that understood there was a need to overcome that obstacle and decided to create a options and ways to implement their life and make an impact in the fight to "end the trend" of obesity. I understand how easy it is to make everything else in our lives a priority, but it's not too late to change your health and quality of life. As an independent Beachbody fitness and wellness coach, I offer online support and accountability to help individuals get healthy and fit. My goal is to connect with the individual and offer a personalized plan. Beachbody is the maker of elite at-home fitness programs like P90X, turbo jam, insanity and a breakthrough in nutrition with Shakeology. We believe that connecting is a major component to achieving results. The accountability and support from a coach and the online community is like no other in addition to some of the most amazing programs. My mission is to help others achieve results and adhere to a healthy lifestyle for life.
