  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We would do a 15-20 minute discovery call and determine what program best fits you and then make a plan from there. If we do individual coaching, it is a twice a month meeting for 50-55 minutes for 6 months. Group programs vary from 2-4 weeks depending on the program.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Doctorate in physical therapy from Duke University Certified Holistic Health Coach from Instittute of Integrative Nutrition Certified Yoga Instructor
