These folks have cleaned my place for over a year now. They are detail oriented, kind and friendly, thoughtful and trustworthy. They catch every little detail throughout my large two bedroom apartment. They also are kind and thoughtful with dog (who is afraid of vacuums). Great communication. Have been able to squeeze me into the schedule when I forget to contact them in advance, or have a last minute get together planned. Personal service, They know my name and my preferences for things and I know them as well.
Excellent job, great folks to work with and have in my home, and the right price!
I wouldn't trust my cleaning to anyone else

We went through quite a few services before we found Erin and Celtic. I've never seen anyone as thorough. You can tell they really clean like they would clean their own homes. The entire staff that I have met is super friendly, really hard working, and take the time for little extras or tlc around my place. They definitely show up ready to work. Erin has always been a phone call or email away from anything I have needed (last minute cleanings, questions about products, and so on). I highly recommend Erin and Celtic, this girl's in the right field, for sure.

Oh my gosh, we just had them clean and we are super impressed. All communication was through Erin, the owner, herself, who is super sweet. Carson and Lauren were over for the cleaning, and they arrived on time, with big smiles, introduced themselves, took a tour and got right to work. We were just blown away by the extra time they took and at the huge difference we saw. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! And super affordable for the high quality you get!

Amazing! Called, booked an estimate, the owner Erin came out in person. Very nice and friendly. Then her and her staff came to clean....and wow did these girls work. Very professional, on time, and very, very thorough. I will definitely be calling them again.

A. Most common jobs are regular service cleanings, such as weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings. As well as vacant apartment/home cleanings, such as move in or out cleanings, rentals, post construction, multiple unit properties, and so on.
A. Get to know who you are working with. That they have long term standing with clients, are good people, active with family, and truly care about people, clients, and your home. Also, communication...the more you share with a service provider, about your homes specific needs, your vision, and what you hope for. This is the very best way they can get you exactly what you are looking for. : )
A. Either they have the "bug" or they don't. Being the cleaning bug. Not everyone out there is meant to clean, and some are just born with the need to. I'd also make sure the staff or cleaners like their jobs. Quality is much higher when you have a happy team.
A. Our entire team here all share terrific traits; friendly, outgoing, hard working, english speaking, team oriented, have an eye for detail, and find family and a clean, organized home very important.
A. I have always been a super clean person, a little on the anal side, and almost a compulsive habbit to clean. My own personal home has always been spotless and organized, and I truly enjoy cleaning and organizing, as well as painting. In 2004 I started cleaning apartments my friends or family were moving out of, and word of mouth spread like wild fire, and I found myself needing to grow and expand to keep up. I still hand train every single person I hire on, basically trying to duplicate myself in them, so that we are all providing a truly exceptional service.
A. We did a one time cleaning for a mom of three boys, one with bad asthma. The entire house had to be rid of dust. Being an older home, and some previous remodling, the house had dust everywhere. We where there for the long haul, cobwebs, surfaces, furniture, chair legs, window sills, doors and vents, and so on. The 2 page email that followed that visit...took my breath away, and I could not have been more happy, and genuinely proud of our team, and what we do here.
