- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Our standard price for studio cleaning is $70; 1 bedroom: $85; 2 bedroom: $95; 3 bedroom: 125. The first bathroom is free. Each bathroom after is an additional $15. The deep cleaning option is an additional $55. The move out cleaning option is an additional $100.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One project that I am fond of is a Logan Square brownstone 4 hour cleaning which was cleaned by a 3 person Bucktown Maid Service crew. The brownstone belonged to a couple who are the parents of 2 small children. The crew split up in three. One did the dry, which is dusting, sweeping and cleaning in areas other than the kitchen and bathroom. One did the wet, which is cleaning the bathrooms and kitchens. The third focused on gathering trash, vacuuming and keeping the kids busy at times. The job was finished in a little under 1 .5 hours with each cleaner cleaning approximately 45 minutes each. The couple did the walk through, was satisfied and was especially appreciative of our accommodating the kids in our cleaning. That was one year ago and this couple is one of our regular and most devoted customers.
